About GiroDisc
GiroDisc specializes in direct replacement of two-piece brake discs and standard brake discs. The main purpose of a GiroDisc brake disc is to increase the ventilation and cooling performance of the brake disc while maintaining its original dimensions.
GiroDisc brake discs have a "floating" design that gives the driver better pedal feel and modulation. GiroDisc brake discs are a completely new, advanced and cost-effective component that takes your car's braking performance to the next level - without having to replace the entire braking system
For series vehicles
GiroDisc brake discs are a direct replacement for the standard brake discs and therefore no modifications to the vehicle are necessary. On average, a two-piece GiroDisc brake disc is significantly lighter than an original disc. The lower weight reduces unsprung masses and thus improves overall performance. The two-piece construction effectively prevents warping of the brake disc.
When the brake disc is worn out, only a replacement friction ring is required. The aluminum brake disc pot is reused. This saves running costs!
GiroDisc brake discs are successfully used where standard brake discs reach their limits
Price example:
Audi RS3 783€ / piece
Replacement friction ring 605€
